Compared with matte AG anti-glare glass, this high-clarity AR solution delivers sharper contrast, true color reproduction and zero haze, making it ideal for high-end monitors, medical diagnostic displays, industrial HMIs, kiosks and automotive instrumentation. It supports chemical or thermal tempering, with full custom fabrication and optional AF anti-fingerprint / AG anti-glare composite coatings.
Ordinary uncoated glass produces about 4% reflection on each surface, resulting in ~8% total light loss and only ~91% actual transmittance. Our multi-layer AR coating uses optical destructive interference: nano-scale dielectric films with precisely controlled refractive index and thickness are deposited on the glass surface, so that reflected light waves from different film interfaces cancel each other out.
