It effectively reduces surface energy, delivering a water contact angle over 100° and oil contact angle over 110°. Our nano-scale fluorinated AF anti-fingerprint coating adopts a classic lotus leaf bionic structure and forms a stable chemical combination with the glass substrate through silane linkage. The top fluorine groups (-CF3, -CF2-) face outward to build a 2-5nm ultra-low surface energy layer, and the 1nm silane layer connects tightly with glass (SiO₂) via covalent bonds to ensure long-lasting coating adhesion. Regular glass with high surface energy cannot resist water and oil spreading, resulting in persistent fingerprints and smudges. Our AF coated glass solves this problem perfectly: its low surface energy makes water and oil bead up and roll off directly, delivering reliable anti-stain performance for long-term use.
