Edge and Angle Processing
Fuxin Glass supports custom silkscreen, including high-temperature screen printing, low-temperature screen printing, monochrome screen printing, multicolor printing, UV digital inkjet printing and so on.

high-temperature screen printing | It uses high-temperature ink and is sintered in a tempering furnace (approximately 600-700℃). The pattern is integrated with the glass,making it extremely scratch-resistant, weather-resistant, and chemical-resistant, and virtually impossible to peel off. | It is the preferred choice for durable goodssuch as building curtain walls, outdoor facilities, automotive glass, and home appliances. For products exported to Europe and America, this is a highly recommended mainstream technology. |
low-temperature screen printing | It uses polymer ink, which is cured in an oven(approximately 150-180℃). The ink adheres to the surface, but its strength is weaker than that of high-temperature screen printing. | Suitable for interior decoration, furniture, and consumer electronics (such as touch screens) where outdoorweather resistance is not required. Relatively low cost, but not recommended for outdoor products. |
