Fuxin Glass is a specialized factory focused on the R&D and production of touch display cover glass, providing high-quality customized cover glass solutions for touchscreen, industrial HMI, automotive displays, medical devices, instruments, and more. Our factory supports mainstream cover glass bonding methods (full optical bonding and frame bonding) and can directly supply cover glass with pre-applied OCA optical adhesive, 3M adhesive, or other optical/structural adhesives. This allows customers to complete display panel bonding quickly, shorten assembly cycles, and reduce yield risks.

Uses OCA solid optical adhesive or OCR/LOCA liquid optical adhesive to completely fill the air gap between the cover glass and the display (or touch sensor). Significantly reduces reflections, improves contrast and outdoor readability, and enhances impact resistance, dust-proof, and waterproof performance. Ideal for high-end consumer electronics, automotive, and outdoor industrial displays.
Fixed with double-sided tape around the edges, leaving an air gap in the center. Simple process, cost-effective, and easy to rework. Suitable for cost-sensitive industrial controls and indoor equipment.
l Cover glass shipped directly with pre-applied OCA optical adhesive (dry film, controllable thickness, high transmittance).
l Supports 3M adhesive or other high-reliability structural/optical adhesives.
l Clients only need alignment and pressing to complete bonding, reducing challenges such as adhesive dispensing, overflow, and bubbles while improving production efficiency and yield.
We can recommend the optimal bonding solution and provide matching adhesives and process suggestions based on the customer’s display module structure (LCD/OLED+TP), size, curvature requirements, and reliability standards (automotive-grade, industrial-grade, etc.).

l Materials & Processes: High-quality tempered or chemically strengthened glass; thickness options from 0.55 mm to 6 mm; support for AG/AR/AF coatings, silk-screen printing, laser cutting, CNC irregular shapes, through-holes, rounded corners, and more.
l Bonding Compatibility: Full coverage of flat, 2.5D, and 3D curved covers; supports OCA dry adhesive pre-ap plication, OCR dispensing adaptation, and frame bonding with edge tape.

We support mainstream methods including full optical bonding (OCA/OCR) and frame bonding (edge tape). We can directly ship cover glass with pre-applied OCA optical adhesive or 3M adhesive, enabling clients to complete display bonding quickly while reducing on-site dispensing and bubble risks.
Pre-applied OCA dry film offers uniform thickness, high transmittance, and no overflow issues. Customers only need vacuum or roller alignment and pressing. It is especially suitable for flat or slightly curved small-to-medium size products and significantly improves yield and efficiency —a common solution for touchscreen, smartphones, tablets, and industrial screens.
Yes. For 2.5D/3D curved or large-size products, we recommend OCR liquid optical adhesive for better gap-filling performance. We can also provide pre-applied OCA solutions for flat or micro-curved designs. The optimal process is evaluated based on the specific product structure.
We support small-batch sampling (typically starting from tens of pieces). Standard sampling lead time is 7–15 days. Mass-production lead times are arranged flexibly according to specifications and remain controllable. Feel free to share drawings or sample requirements first.
We use high-quality OCA, 3M, and other adhesives. Pre-shipment inspections cover transmittance, bubble rate, and adhesion strength, and we provide process recommendations. Targeted validation can be performed according to customer reliability requirements (temperature/humidity, UV, impact, etc.).
Yes. Beyond supplying cover glass, we assist with adhesive selection, alignment parameter suggestions, and degassing process guidance to help customers successfully achieve full lamination or frame bonding mass production and reduce trial-production risks.
