The AG surface can be specified within an Ra range of 0.08–0.40 μm according to the application's target glare reduction, visual clarity and tactile feel. AG anti-glare treatment reduces visible reflections by diffusing incident light through a micro-textured surface. It is especially useful where ambient reflections are distracting and a matte viewing surface is acceptable.
