FUXIN high-performance double-sided AR tempered glass belongs to the AR Anti Reflective Glass product line. Available in standard 3mm and 4mm thicknesses with custom thickness options, it adopts multi-layer dielectric AR coating on both glass surfaces via vacuum magnetron sputtering technology. This treatment cuts single-side surface reflectance to under 1% and boosts overall light transmittance to over 98%, far exceeding the 91–92% transmittance of ordinary uncoated glass.
Widely used in LCD monitors, industrial control panels, medical diagnostic displays, museum showcases, automotive dashboards and outdoor digital signage, it delivers true-to-life color reproduction, glare-free viewing and high-strength tempered safety protection. We support full custom fabrication including precision cutting, edge polishing, hole drilling, silk screen printing and optional AF oleophobic topcoat.

Ordinary float glass produces about 4% reflection on each surface, totaling around 8% light loss. Our AR coating uses thin-film optical interference principle: nano-scale multi-layer dielectric films are deposited on both front and back glass surfaces via advanced vacuum magnetron reactive sputtering, so that reflected light waves cancel each other out.
l Single-side reflectance drops from ~4% to less than 1%
l Total light transmittance rises from ~91% to over 98%
l Uniform coating across the whole panel, no color deviation at different viewing angles
l Strong film adhesion, resistant to long-term wiping and environmental aging

l Glare-Free Viewing: Perfect for bright environments, retail stores, museums, control rooms, and outdoor digital signage.
l Superior Clarity & Contrast: Viewers see true-to-life colors and sharper images with reduced eye strain.
l Increased Brightness: Higher transmittance means displays can run at lower backlight levels, saving energy while maintaining vibrancy.
l Professional Protection: Tempered glass adds safety and longevity to sensitive LCD/OLED panels.
l Custom Solutions: Tailored to your exact specifications - from small prototypes to large-scale production.
Compared to standard glass or single-sided AG (anti-glare) coatings, our double-sided AR solution offers maximum transparency without the hazy effect often seen in matte finishes.

We employ state-of-the-art vacuum magnetron reactive sputtering to deposit precision nano-scale multi-layer optical films on both glass surfaces. This advanced process ensures consistent coating quality, exceptional adhesion, and superior optical performance across every panel.
Unlike off-the-shelf solutions, we produce each order to your exact specifications - size, thickness, edge finish, hole patterns, and silk screen printing - ensuring perfect integration with your display assembly.
Every panel undergoes comprehensive optical testing to verify transmittance and reflectivity specifications, plus mechanical and environmental testing to ensure long-term durability.
As a professional glass processing manufacturer, we eliminate middlemen to deliver premium AR glass at competitive wholesale prices.
AR (Anti-Reflective) coating uses thin-film optical layers to minimize light reflection through destructive interference, maximizing transmittance.
AR provides high clarity and low reflection with a glossy look. AG (Anti-Glare) diffuses light for a matte finish but can reduce sharpness.
