Our production line integrates CNC precision cutting, water jet, and laser scribing & breaking processes to handle various cover glass grades, thicknesses, and geometries.
The following cutting types are available for AG-treated glass (single-side or double-side AG):
l Straight-line rectangular & square cuts - Standard display covers, instrument panels, and touchscreen overlays.
l Circular & oval cuts - For smartwatches, wearable devices, dashboard gauge clusters, and circular camera lenses.
l Rounded corner (R-cut) & C-shaped edge profiles - Improves safety and aesthetics for handheld devices and automotive interior displays.
l Complex irregular shapes - CNC routed custom contours for odd‑form‑factor medical equipment, industrial HMI panels, and home appliance control surfaces.
l Internal cutouts¬ches - Openings for cameras, sensors, buttons, or earpiece speakers (U-shaped, rectangular, or keyhole notches).
